Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• Orders ( Decoupage Paper, Furniture Hardware and Home Decor items) are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
• We offer complimentary free shipping for  orders inside the United sates for orders of $35 and above
• First-time customers ( Eligible inside United States only ) receive one free return (non furniture items). We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your first eligible return. 
• Processing time: 4 weeks for available furniture and 6 to 8 weeks for custom order furniture. 
• Non furniture orders are shipped via USPS.
• We currently ship non furniture items to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
• We ship furniture only inside the United States
• Available furniture orders are processed withing 4 weeks, custom orders furniture are processed withing 4 to 6 weeks.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Once your order has been shipped and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or delivery to an incorrect address.
• If you do not receive your order, you must notify us within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date so we can review the issue with the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
• For products eligible for international shipping outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties, and import fees. We are not responsible for shipping delays, items that are lost or damaged in transit, or packages that are delayed, held, or seized by local customs authorities.
